Using TVBUZ to video enable your Directory

• TVBUZ creates a player to your brand specification.
• You create a link and a landing page.
• Clients can upload any videos directly into their listing.
• Clients manage and maintain their own video portfolio.
• You decide appropriate charges for the use of this facility based on what is appropriate to your market. The example below is given as an illustration.

Using TVBUZ to assist with video creation

If you wish to offer your subscribers a low cost option to have videos created by professionals TVBUZ offers the following additional capability.

• You place a ‘click and buy’ button at appropriate points on your directory.
• The customer will fill in a pre-configured request form for a video production. The form will offer a Bronze, Silver or Gold Video Package.
• A TVBUZ approved production company will be selected, who will liaise directly with the new client. The finished video will then be sent to the client for approval, who will then  upload it to their TVBUZ video player.

Our UK Video Production Network

The currently envisaged Video Packages:

TVBUZ offers this package for the creation of the customer video for use on the Directory. Any additional use (presentation use, display use, DVD copies etc.) would be by direct agreement between the Directory Customer and the production company.

BRONZE - £600 plus VAT plus travel (if over 30 miles)

• No deviation from standard ‘template’ (bullet points below)
• ½ hour telephone consultation with client pre-shoot
• 2 hrs shoot on location
• No lighting
• Some talking heads
• Some interiors
• A pack shot
• One Title – Copyright Free Music – No voiceover
• Simple Edit
• Extra charge for a re-edit £150 (if customer requires slight changes)
• A cost per mile (TBA) travel allowance over and above the fixed fee

SILVER - £850 plus VAT plus travel (if over 30 miles)

• No deviation from standard ‘template’ (bullet points below)
• ½ hour telephone consultation with client pre-shoot
• 4 hrs shoot on location
• Small Lighting Kit
• Some talking heads
• Some interiors
• A pack shot
• One Title – Copyright Free Music – Basic semi-pro voiceover (client supplies content  - voice over mirrors images – factual only)
• Simple Edit
• Extra charge for a re-edit £150
• A cost per mile (TBA) travel allowance over and above the fixed fee

GOLD - £1200 plus VAT plus travel (if over 30 miles)

• Special requests may be considered
• ½ hour telephone consultation with client pre-shoot
• 5 hrs shoot on location

• Two Titles – Copyright Free Music – Basic semi-pro voiceover (client supplies content and production company creates simple script)

BESPOKE - £2000+ plus VAT plus travel (if over 30 miles)

• Flexible arrangement to meet special client needs, to be drawn up directly between client and video production company
• TVBUZ and video production company agree the TVBUZ fee

Note

TVBUZ charges the client directly only for one of the above packages. Any additional services (such as DVD copies) are agreed directly between the client and the Video company. TVBUZ receives no extra payment.
