Some websites (such as myspace) and some blogs don't allow click through om embedded players, but you will still get all the videos and playlists. If the website doesn't allow you to embed a player, you can always contact them to allow it on your desired section.

TVBUZ reserves the right to place advertisements outside the player, and TVBUZ can keep all the revenue received from these adverts. TVBUZ actively seeks to gain visibility for users' videos, and in return may charge a third party to allow them to index the videos to distribute them further, thus increasing the visibility of users business offerings. If you do not want to be part of the TVBUZ business video archive or content distribution, please let us know.

WHO CAN SEE MY VIDEOS

The videos on the TVBUZ network can be seen by anybody on the internet, and we submit player details to the Google Video Sitemap. If you don't want your videos to be seen publicly, please don't upload them to your player. The TVBUZ site is scanned by other video serving companies, and your videos may appear in their webpages or search results.

GUIDELINES FOR WEBECASTS/COMPANY STATEMENTS/PERSONAL STATEMENTS

The provisions set forth in this Chapter “Guidelines for Webcasts ” shall, in addition to the General Conditions of these Terms of Service, apply if you want to host your own Webcast or take part in a Webcast. These guidelines are here to help you and everyone else enjoy Webcasts as much as possible:

GENERAL PROVISONS

1. TVBUZ asks that you do not:

   • Use vulgar, profane, offensive or obscene language.
   • Post or request sexually explicit images or other offensive content.
   • Exploit a minor in any way.
   • Use racially, religiously or sexually offensive language.
   • Discuss illegal activity, such as how to get drugs and how to make bombs.
   • Ask for or offer sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to children.
   • Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another TVBUZ user that is unwanted.
   • Infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights.
   • Impersonate or represent TVBUZ.
   • Link to content not allowed on TVBUZ.com.
   • Try and get a TVBUZ member's password or other account information.
   • Post or request personal or other information from a minor (any person under the age of 18).
     
     
2. You understand that the webcasts are open to any TVBUZ users and therefore communications through a webcast are not private communications.
3. You promise not to disprupt TVBUZ users:

   • spreading viruses or files containing other harmful components (such as Trojan horses, DDOS attacks or “time bombs”);
   • trying to hack or otherwise gain access to computers of other webcasts users or webcasts servers;
   • engaging in other antisocial, disruptive or destructive acts, including “flaming”, “flooding” and “trolling” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet;
4. You promise not to make, post or otherwise make available statements that do not generally relate to the designated topic of the webcast;
5. You promise not to use webcasts to send communication which is offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing or which does, or is intended to, cause annoyance, inconvenience or worry, or which is fraudulent or defamatory.
6. You accept that the host of the webcasts you are participating in has the right to mute and/or remove you from the webcasts at any time for any reason without the obligation to notify you in advance or give you a reason afterwards.

WEBCAST CONTENT

You understand that TVBUZ has no control of the content made available by means of the Webcasts and that it is not able to and does not monitor such content. TVBUZ can therefore not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content made available through the Webcasts. Consequently, the possibility exists that you see or hear offensive, inaccurate, false or otherwise undesirable content. TVBUZ disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the content made available through the Webcasts.

If you believe a Webcast violates one or more of these Guidelines, you can make a complaint by emailing talk@tvbuz.com. TVBUZ will determine, at its sole discretion whether your complaint is valid and take action that TVBUZ thinks is appropriate. TVBUZ reserves the right to ban temporarily or permanently users who breach these guidelines.

Under no circumstances will TVBUZ be held liable in any way for any damages resulting from the posting, distributing, or otherwise making available, communicating or transmitting of any voice, text, video, computer file or other type of data or material. TVBUZ has the right to terminate Webcasts.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

TVBUZ advises you to use your common sense when using Webcasts. TVBUZ does not verify the identity of Webcasts users and therefore you should not assume that other users are who they say they are.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold tvbuz.com, and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, co-branders and other partners, contractors, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses, and demands, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, arising out of, or asserted in connection with your use or misuse of this Site, including claims relating to content you submit, post to or transmit through this site, and your connection to and use of this Site. tvbuz.com reserves the right to have control of any defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with tvbuz.com in asserting any available defenses.
